We are dealing with most of the Saudi local banks and we have corporate account with Samba Financial Group (Private Banking Division) in the Western Region, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for our international import/export business transactions. Our annual turnover is more than 200 million Saudi Riyals.
We are one of the main contractors for King Abdullah Charity Housing Foundation in Saudi Arabia; we have successfully completed the first phase of 1000 two-story villas in 450 days using modern concrete precast building system by assembling two villas a day using efficient German building techniques.
Our concrete precast factories are capable of daily producing components of 5 to 7 villas of average 300 square meters each villa. The total project of King Abdullah Charity Housing Foundation is around 16000 villas Kingdom wide for the next three years.
We have recently handed over an LSTK 12-month construction project of 120 units with SWCC and Shuqaiq Water and Electricity Company member of ACWA Power International.
Yet, we are looking for more advanced building systems with up to date techniques in order to meet the increasing demand in this market. Other projects under study and preparation such as IPP electric power generation 600 MW plant in Saudi Arabia on (BOT) basis for which we have obtained the required license.
Also we are working on waste and better environmental management projects. Moreover, we are negotiating with private sector parties in Saudi Arabia to build and sell housing units in Makkah, Taif and Madinah regions to various levels of the Saudi and GCC nationals in collaboration with the local banks and international funding institutions.
